PlanO uses AI to read client messages from Messenger, Viber, or SMS, including Taglish text. It automatically extracts event details like event type, date, guest count, budget, and venue into a structured brief. It also flags missing information and suggests follow-up questions.

How does supplier matching work?

PlanO matches coordinators with suppliers from their private database, filtered by distance from the venue and price within the client budget. It optimizes for your profit margin, not just the cheapest option. Your supplier list is private and never shared with other coordinators.

Absolutely. Your supplier database in PlanO is private and encrypted. No other coordinator can see your supplier list, pricing, or margin settings. PlanO is not a marketplace — it's your personal coordination tool.

Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your PlanO account, your personal information, or any data collected from connected Meta accounts (Facebook/Instagram), please submit a request below.

What happens next?

Ownership Verification

We send an authorization link to your submitted email address. Reply or confirm to prove account control.

Disconnect & Unlink

Connected Meta tokens and calendar permissions are immediately revoked and disconnected from our systems.

Permanent Erasure

Your workspace, briefs, and client data are permanently expunged within 30 days of confirmation.

Tax & Invoicing Records Retention

Under the National Internal Revenue Code and BIR regulations, official service invoices and books of account must be retained for the statutory 10-year audit period (§10 of our Privacy Policy). We remove tax information from active billing, but cannot erase past tax invoices.

Direct Meta Removal

You can also revoke PlanO’s permissions directly from your Facebook or Instagram profile at any time by going to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations, selecting PlanO, and clicking Remove.
